COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Auger Revolutions ALL-FILL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Escort parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dynics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the C7633DP6ES76332BF000AE3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM1746 manufactured by Escort and we are pleased to be able to service most Escort systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CH12THI06C5W2F140I by Manufacturer Dynics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand AMS980100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as BDP8003AAAF93004111 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP690100010000 made by Beckhoff as well as the popular CP620100010000 original spares produced by Beckhoff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EXPS6WRSPLC by Avg and BDP8003AAAF93004111 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CP670900010020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beckhoff. |
